We process contact details, booking dates, guest numbers, accommodation choices, booking and payment status, and correspondence to answer enquiries, enter into and fulfil your booking, provide the stay and handle complaints. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract. Information required for accounting or other statutory duties is processed to meet legal obligations.
